These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and nike77 (the "Platform", "CompanyWe", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nike77.cam.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" The personal registered account created by a Player on the nike77 Platform, through which gaming and betting activities are conducted and funds are managed.
• "Balance" The total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts awarded to a Player under a nike77 promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by nike77 to confirm the identity, age, and ownership of payment methods of a Player before withdrawals are processed.

• "Player" / "User" Any individual who has registered a valid Account on the nike77 Platform and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Real Money" Funds deposited by a Player into their Account using any accepted payment method, which may be used for wagering and are withdrawable subject to these Terms.
• "Services" All gaming, betting, and related services offered by nike77 via the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, and customer support.
• "Wagering Requirement" A condition attached to bonus funds that requires a Player to wager the bonus amount (or a multiple thereof) a specified number of times before those funds may be withdrawn.

Registration and use of the nike77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. nike77 reserves the right to verify compliance at any stage and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any part of the nike77 Platform. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Providing false date of birth information to circumvent this requirement constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
• Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from engaging in online gaming activities.
• Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. nike77 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• No Existing Account. You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the nike77 Platform. Only one Account person, per household, and per device/IP address is permitted.
• Not a nike77 Employee. Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of nike77 staff are prohibited from holding player Accounts or participating in any promotions.

To access the full range of Services offered by nike77, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and contact number.

You are required to ensure that all information submitted during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and kept current. nike77 may request updated documentation at any time. Providing false or misleading information — including fictitious names, incorrect dates of birth, or fraudulent identification documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact nike77 support immediately at [email protected].

nike77 is required to verify the identity of Account holders before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence); proof of address issued within the last three months; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing matching name). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission.

By using the nike77 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following terms of use, which apply to all Services and all interactions with the Platform, including gameplay, customer support communications, and participation in promotions.

• You will use the Platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party benefit.

• You consent to receiving operational and promotional communications from nike77 to your registered email address. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your Account settings.

nike77 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players. Accepted methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), as well as cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB. The full current list of supported methods is displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. For e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay), the minimum isRM 30. For bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow, the minimum is RM 50. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted from an equivalent value of approximately RM 30 at the prevailing exchange rate.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• nike77 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. nike77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of sending and the time of confirmation.

• Withdrawals are processed for verified Accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending the submission and review of required documents.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-moneylaundering control and is non-negotiable.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one working day for fully verified Accounts. VIP Gold and Platinum tier members benefit from same-day and instant priority processing respectively, subject to volume.
• nike77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected on the Account.

nike77 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated within the individual offer, as well as these general bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by nike77 carry a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any associated funds may be withdrawn as real money. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and applicable games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity Period. Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses not fully wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited from the Account balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud. nike77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend the associated Account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; using matched betting, arbitrage, or advantage-play strategies in connection with bonus funds; or coluding with other players to meet wagering requirements.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winings generated from bonus funds is capped at 10x the original bonus amount orRM 5,000, whichever is lower. Any excess winings above this cap may be removed from the Account at nike77's discretion.
• Crypto Deposit Bonus. The2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per deposit, is credited automatically upon on-chain confirmation. Standard wagering requirements apply as stated in the bonus terms. Only players aged 21 and above are eligible.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activities on the nike77 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and e-sports) are available within the Sports section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the nike77 Platform are subject to acceptance at nike77's sole discretion. nike77 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
• Odds. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted, as displayed on your bet receipt.
• Palpable Errors. In the event of an obvious error in displayed odds (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), nike77 reserves the right to void bets placed at the eroneous odds and settle them at the correct price, or to cancel the bets entirely.
• Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: an event being abandoned or postponed without restart within a specified period; incorrect event or participant information; or any other circumstance determined in the specific sport rules. Void bets are refunded to the Account at stake value.
• Mix Parlay. Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections, all of which must win for the full parlay to be paid. If one selection is voided, the remaining selections continue and the parlay is recalculated accordingly. A minimum of three selections is required for a valid Mix Parlay.
• In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time, particularly following significant in-game events. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension will stand; bets not confirmed prior to suspension will be cancelled.

All casino games offered on the nike77 Platform — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, video slots, table games, and fishing — are powered by independently certified game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by the Platform or the Player.

• Published RTPs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are supplied by the respective game providers and reflect the theoretical long-term return as a percentage of total wagers. RTPs do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or interrupted connection during gameplay, the outcome of the affected game round may be voided and the corresponding wager refunded to the Account. nike77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its reasonable control.
• Game Availability. The availability of specific games on the Platform may vary and is subject to change. nike77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game title.
• Maximum Winings Cap. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum payout from a single game round is limited to MYR 500,000 or equivalent in cryptocurrency. Winnings above this cap may be settled in multiple payments at nike77's discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nike77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised credit or debit cards, e-wallet accounts, or bank accounts to fund an Account.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting results.
• Using software tools, bots, artificial intelligence, or other automated methods to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime under applicable law.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or lopholes in the Platform to generate winings not resulting from legitimate gameplay.
• Abusing the promotional system, including opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or engaging in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nike77 staff or other players via the Platform's communication channels.

nike77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested.
• Suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, including the21+ age requirement.
• Request by the Account holder for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case a dormancy notice will be sent to the registered email address prior to any action being taken on the Account balance.

Where an Account is closed at the request of nike77 and no breach of these Terms is involved, any real money balance will be refunded to the Account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and winings generated from bonus funds are not refundable upon Account closure due to breach of these Terms.

• Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time-Outs. Players may activate session time-out of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Account is locked and the Player cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion. Players who believe their gambling has become a problem may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to our support team at [email protected]. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suspended.
• Age Verification. nike77 enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. Age is verified as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately.

Any unauthorised use of nike77's intellectual property may result in Account suspension, legal action, or both.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nike77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagered funds resulting from legitimate gameplay outcomes, or damages arising from technical interruptions.

• nike77 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity interruptions, device failures, or third-party technical issues that affect your access to the Platform.
• nike77 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• nike77's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the total amount of real money you have deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nike77 holds its operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and nike77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by nike77's licensing authority.
